Applications to study a Diploma in Primary Teaching or a Bachelor of General Nursing are now open.

All applications must be submitted through the DHERST National Online Application System (NOAS) Portal.

  • If you are Current Grade 12 students: You will receive an invitation to NOAS through your school.

  • Completed Grade 12 before 2026: Contact noassupport@dherst.gov.pg to request an invitation to apply. You will also need to complete a non-school leaver application form and provide additional documentation to admissions@balimocollege.org
